Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp/SMS notification with your tracking details.

Delivery Timelines:

• Karnataka (Local): 2–3 business days
• South India (TN, KL, AP, TS): 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges:

• Orders above ₹499: FREE delivery
• Orders below ₹499: ₹60 flat shipping charge
• Express delivery (2 days): ₹120 (available for select pincodes)

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every cup. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here's what we offer:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Products must be in original, unopened packaging.

• Wrong product delivered → Full refund or replacement
• Damaged/tampered packaging → Full refund or replacement
• Quality issue → Store credit or exchange
• Change of mind → Not eligible for return

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
